Welcome to Big Steve's RV Park and Marina. The following regulations
are intended to provide
all of our guests with a pleasant and safe experience.
- Office /
Camp Store Hours: 9 am. to 8 pm.
- REGISTRATION: All
Residents MUST Register UPON Arrival. Rentals are payable in
advance. Rates are based upon the current rate schedule insert and
posted in the office.

Visitors:
Visiting Children
& Grandchildren are welcome, but must be supervised. Please use your
own discretion in length of stay. Any complaints of rowdiness or
noise regarding any visitors, and we will have to ask your visitors
to leave.

Checkout Time: 12 PM
Campers staying over must reregister before checkout. Prior
reservations take preference over change of plans.
- NOISE:
Please be considerate of other residents. Quiet hours are 8:00 pm to
7:00 am. Please be reasonable with your TV and Radio volumes. No
generators shall be run before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm and only
with prior management permission
- Speed
Limit: 5 mph.
Campers at play. Please slow down.
- PETS:
Pets must be on a leash at all times. Duty walks outside of the RV
area in the area provided at the rear of the Park ONLY. Please clean
up after your pet, no barking is allowed! Do not tie pets to any of
the park trees or fixtures. No pets are allowed inside any of the
park buildings. There is a limit of two pets per site.
- FIRES / BBQ:
No open fires are allowed in the park. BBQ’ing with briquettes or
gas grill is OK. Camp fires are permitted in fire rings only and
must be supervised at all times. Please do not move the fire ring
provided. Please exercise caution when having any kind of fire.
- Fire
Rings are not Trash Rings, No Glass, Cans or Plastic. Burning
anything other than wood makes a Stinky fire..!! Thank you!
- Full
Hookups: Sewer
ring or connector required by law.
- SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in any of the Park Buildings. Please dispose
of you butts in a trash receptacle - NOT ON THE PARK GROUNDS.

Fishermen:
Don't forget to pick up your trash....
- SHOWERS:
Showers are for overnight paying guests only. Tenants wishing to use
them must make arrangements with management.

LAUNDRY:
Effective use of the laundry room is made possible by your
cooperation. Please clean Washers & Dryers after each use, and obey
all posted signs in the laundry room. NO outside clotheslines
please!
- Trash:
Deposit trash in
tied bags inside of the dumpster on south side of shower building.
- Be
Considerate of your neighbors, respect their property and that of
the Campground, help keep America Beautiful.
- TREES:
No trees are to be cut, damaged or harmed in any way.

ELECTRIC
BILLS: To be paid within 5 days of billing for monthly
residents only.
- We
reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to
offenders of our campground policies.

LIABILITY:
The equipment, apparatus and facilities of Big Steve’s Resort, RV
Park & Marina, are for the convenience of the residents and there
guests. Persons using the same do so at their own risk. The
management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss
of property by fire, theft, wind, floods or acts of God which is
beyond it’s control. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to
supervise and manage those in their party.

MANAGEMENT:
Management reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules
and regulations from time to time deemed to be in the best interest
of the park.

IMPORTANT
NOTES: Confine your property to your designated site. Alcohol
may be consumed on your space only. No gas or Electric skate boards,
scooters, motorbikes or ATVs allowed.
- Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds
due to the discomforts of nature.
